Andrew Clark

This week Andrew Clark was in touch to show us his wares. Andrew is working freelance having recently graduated at Glasgow's Cardonald college.

Featured above is his design for an Adobe Creative Calendar. Promising stuff. Liking the spot varnish on the business card too....

Why You Should Bring the Idea to the
Computer (not the other way round)
Reasons♯67, 68, 69 & 70

Why You Should Design Away From the Computer.
Reasons♯42,43 & 44

Ilovedust.com/darkomolloy.blogspot.com

Things move fast in the world of our previous poster, Mr G.Higgins from Glasgow and he's emailed in to say he's up and running with a new blog - darkomolloy - and very impressive it looks too..

And now for his second recommendation of the day - Ilovedust.com. A fun, quirky illustration and graphics agency that have produced work for more companies than this blog could handle. They rather cleverly prevent undesirable types like you and me from stealing images from their site, so I couldn't show you anything but make sure you click on the link.

Olly Moss

Howdy. 1st-time poster Graham Higgins confesses a love for the work of Olly Moss, who employs a 60's style, flat colour, book-illustration stylie but applied to all manner of contemporary subjects such as computer games and the likes.

Cheers Graham.

Give a Hand to Wildlife

"Thinking out of the box" is simultaneously both a naff,
overused expression and yet very worthwhile advice.

Thinking "away from the computer" might be even better advice.
